His passion for the sport and the area is infectious, and he takes great joy in welcoming guests, sharing local tips, and ensuring everyone feels at home in this stunning region.
At Casa Teo, Mateo has created a unique space where guests can enjoy the perfect balance of privacy and community. Each unit offers its own peaceful retreat, but there’s always an invitation to gather around the BBQ, share stories from the day’s adventures, and watch the sun set over the horizon.

Hey guys!! Mat is the nicest guy you could wish for as a landlord… the rooms are extremely comfortable, and he is such a fun guy to be around.
La Ventana is an amazing place to see wildlife and has much to do in town!

Mateo is a fantastic host, and his place is awesome. Rooms are better than 5-star hotel rooms, and interior design is minimalist and super cool. The kitchen has it all. He welcomed us, hung out with us and gave us a few local tips. One night, he also organized happy hour at the rooftop, something one cannot expect. All in all, it's 10/10 and will surely return.

Mateo's Casa is such a nice place, and he is a wonderful host. The studios are spacious and stylish, built with attention to detail and equipped with everything one might wish for. The rooftop is accessible to all and is perfect for a sundowner. Mateo knows his way around town and has excellent recommendations for food and drinks. I'll come back.
